Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategies and a roadmap for the Dynatrace Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and operational security controls.
- Security Integration: Champion security by design across all product domains within our product-led software organization.
- Solution Design: Create security solutions that maximize customer value from our platform, focusing on data access and encryption functionalities.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work collaboratively within a global team, engaging closely with various departments and stakeholders.
- User-Centric Approach: Employ customer and user-centric methodologies to identify target audiences, use cases, needs, and challenges.
- Market Insights: Provide valuable market and competitive analysis, product positioning, and essential resources to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Product Roadmap Management: Develop, lead, and sustain the product roadmap with a focus on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in application/product security, preferably within SaaS environments.
- Product Management Background: At least 3 years of relevant product management or Product Owner experience in an agile software setting.
- Team Collaboration: Proven track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Passion for Security: A strong enthusiasm for merging security, software, and business value.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in user journeys, personas, use case development, and market and competitive analysis.
- Market Understanding: Ability to integrate market and business insights into product development to deliver unique value aligned with Dynatrace's objectives.
- Technical Acumen: Keen interest and understanding of topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and Application Security.
