Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead our Cloud Security strategy and drive the development of innovative security solutions. As a key member of our solution leadership team, you will work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and Dynatrace One to ensure impactful product launches and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our Application Security solution, including asset management and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the Application Security market, including CNAPP, CDR, and competitive dynamics.
- Craft compelling narratives and communicate our unique value to target personas, working closely with marketing and product teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate and sharpen our narratives early in the product lifecycle.
- Lead by example, living and supporting the Dynatrace values and culture, inspiring and empowering through mentorship and coaching.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, Go-To-Market, or product marketing for IT teams in large enterprises.
- Strong technical foundation and deep knowledge in Application Security/Cloud Security/Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response.
- Experience in market and competitive analysis and positioning, especially in the security and observability space.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into value-focused messages, simple, clear, and with a wow factor.
- Good analytical and communication skills, with experience driving initiatives in dynamic work environments.
