Product Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our Application Security solution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our Application Security solution, including asset creation and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitive dynamics in the Application Security space, and drive our competitive positioning.
- Craft compelling press releases and product news blogs with our counterparts to engage customers, the press, and our team.
- Apply effective concepts like "working backwards" and "PR FAQs" to define and communicate the value of upcoming releases to our target personas.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and Dynatrace One to ensure impactful product and capability launches and accelerate growth.
- Stay informed about market and competitive dynamics and strategize accordingly.
- Engage with internal and external users and customers to validate and sharpen our narratives early in the product lifecycle.
- As a Principal Product Manager, you will be a leader and live, support, and develop the Dynatrace values and culture, inspiring and empowering through mentorship and coaching.
- More than 8 years of experience in product management, Go-To-Market, or product marketing for a product for IT teams in large enterprises.
- A strong technical foundation and deep knowledge in the field of Application Security/Cloud Security/Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response; a good understanding of the observability market is a plus.
- Experience in market and competitive analysis and positioning, especially in the security and observability space.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into value-focused messages - simple, clear, and with a wow factor to fascinate and thrill potential customers.
- Good analytical and communications skills and driven initiatives in dynamic work environments.
