Job Title: Principal Product Experience Designer

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience for our customers.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop a cohesive and consistent product experience that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that drive customer-centric product experiences and improve the overall user experience.
  • Work closely with organizational leadership to align on a unified product experience strategy and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and teams to help them operate autonomously and achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our product experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background in designing enterprise software products.
  • Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and leading design teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
