Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Experience Designer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product experience, ensuring it is coherent, cohesive, and consistent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop product experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure that product experiences are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and coherence across the product experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and design teams to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in product design, with a strong background in enterprise software products.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful product experiences that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
