Product Experience Design Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Experience Designer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product experience is coherent, cohesive, and consistent across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric product experience and develop predictable cross-journey experiences.
  • Support product experience design initiatives and work on strategic projects, aligning with organizational leadership to achieve a unified strategy.
  • Develop and mentor our design organization, directly collaborating with UX management and the extended team.
  • Grow the Design & Experience department by collaborating with internal partners, such as talent acquisition, HR, product, and engineering.
  • Provide guidance to teams and enable them to operate autonomously.
  • Live, support, and help to further develop Dynatrace's culture & values.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in product design for many years.
  • Matured product experience design skills, with a good part of that experience at enterprise software product companies.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and help the product and team bring a product shine.
  • Can-do attitude, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work and scale within a fast-growing environment.
  • High drive, ability to deal with conflicts, flexibility, and a dynamic mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in English), and strong cross-department collaborator.
