Principal Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our solution leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the GTM strategy, assets, and execution for our Application Security solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy, including market and competitive analysis, positioning, and messaging.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and Dynatrace One teams to ensure impactful product and capability launches.
- Work with internal and external users, customers, and analysts to validate and sharpen our narratives early in the product lifecycle.
- Lead the solution leadership team and work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and Dynatrace One teams to drive growth and innovation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Application Security market, including CNAPP, CDR, and competitive dynamics.
- Craft compelling narratives and communicate our unique value to target personas.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, Go-To-Market, or product marketing for a product for IT teams in large enterprises.
- Strong technical foundation and deep knowledge in the field of Application Security/Cloud Security/Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response.
- Experience in market and competitive analysis and positioning, especially in the security and observability space.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into value-focused messages.
- Good analytical and communications skills and experience driving initiatives in dynamic work environments.

Compensation and Rewards
- Attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Minimum salary for this position is €80,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, with a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
