In this leadership role, you will lead and shape our solutions experience for exposing customer value. You will drive the solution experience for a product-led software company for its major product areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to ensure an outstanding end-to-end solution experience to increase the customers' value and drive business results.
- Apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer expectations through effective collaboration, user research, and analysis of customer feedback.
- Define and lead end-to-end customer journeys and workflows and collaborate hands-on with the amazing Dynatrace Team to create an outstanding product experience.
- Contribute to the product roadmap planning with experience optimizations of new product deliverables in alignment with the product strategy to boost adoption and retention.
- 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or/and 5+ years of experience in user experience leadership function.
- Strong knowledge of UX/CX including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
- Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders.
- Thinking outside the box - ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects, aligned with Dynatrace's goals and strategy.
- Proactive and hands-on personality with a high drive and a dynamic mindset.
