Product Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for leading the data acquisition capability, working closely with the Leadership Team to develop the vision, mission, and roadmap for the capability.
You will represent the leadership team and API of the capability, both internally and externally, and be responsible for understanding and communicating the 'why' behind the capability. You will also identify pain points and opportunities for additional customer and business value within the capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data acquisition capability, working closely with the Leadership Team to develop the vision, mission, and roadmap for the capability.
- Represent the leadership team and API of the capability, both internally and externally.
- Understand and communicate the 'why' behind the capability.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for additional customer and business value within the capability.
- Support the leadership team with strategy, key investment areas, and align with the company's business goals.
- Drive resource planning and other capability-related costs.
- Promote product management methodologies, tools, and best practices through coaching, mentoring, and setting an example for product managers.
- Drive capability initiatives to facilitate collaboration between various departments and stakeholders, ensuring that external and internal stakeholders are aligned and exchanging information effectively.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Leader who has a strong background in product management, preferably in the application performance or cloud space. You should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, a hands-on mentality, and be proactive.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent role within a software product company.
- 3+ years in a product lead role, preferably with larger teams of 10 or more product managers.
- Experience in the application performance or cloud space.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, hands-on mentality, and proactivity.
- Clear sense of ownership and accountability, excellent communication skills with team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as a strong bias for action.
