We're seeking a seasoned Product Management Lead to shape and define our solution experience, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled value at every touchpoint with our platform.

About the Role

As a Product Management Lead, you'll lead and shape our solutions experience for exposing customer value. You'll drive the solution experience for a product-led software company across major product areas, developing and implementing strategies to ensure an outstanding end-to-end solution experience that increases customer value and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure an outstanding end-to-end solution experience
  • Drive the solution experience for a product-led software company across major product areas
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects
  • Apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, needs, and pain points
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer expectations through effective collaboration, user research, and analysis of customer feedback
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or user experience leadership function
  • Strong knowledge of UX/CX, including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis
  • Experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders
  • Proactive and hands-on personality with a high drive and dynamic mindset
