Software Engineering Team Manager

At Dynatrace Austria GmbH, we're seeking a skilled Software Engineering Team Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work with the latest technologies and be at the forefront of innovation in tech.
The estimated salary for this position is around €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThis is a management-level position where you'll oversee the development of Java-based microservices for our account, subscription, and usage-tracking platform. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining these services to ensure software quality and performance.
- Design and develop Java-based microservices for account, subscription, and usage-tracking platforms.
- Maintain and optimize existing services to ensure software quality and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
You'll also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers. We're looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development or comparable programming language.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
