About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Director to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, driving growth, and building a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product marketing, with at least 7 years of experience and 3+ years in management. A proven track record in optimizing paid marketing channels at-scale against CAC/ROAS targets is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our marketing strategy, focusing on performance, partnerships, and organic growth
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate closely with our product team, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts and product development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and executive leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product marketing, with at least 3+ years in management
  • Proven track record in optimizing paid marketing channels at-scale against CAC/ROAS targets
  • Strong background in CRM, organic, and partnership marketing
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Possession of a passion for accessibility and inclusion, as well as an interest in learning a sign language and working with Deaf people
  • Experience working in apps and the education verticals is a plus
