About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research in the field of Generative AI and enhancing current product capabilities with innovative customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in Generative AI and develop innovative solutions to enhance our product capabilities.
  • Bridge academic research and commercial technology development by collaborating with our development teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor PhD and master students and ensure direction is in line with research strategy.
  • Contribute to the global research community by publishing and disseminating research findings in journals and speaking at conferences.
  • Actively participate in scientific and industrial cooperation projects.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Track record of independent research in topics related to Generative AI.
  • Strong publication record of driving market-relevant research.
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written).
  • Proven track record of driving innovation towards product maturity.
  • Deep understanding of latest developments in Generative AI.
