Manufacturing Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the customization and technical support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including troubleshooting and module maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, conduct system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization potentials.
- Be involved in the development, maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and stay updated on ERP trends and best practices.
- Provide support for IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as needed.
- Languages: English (fluent) and German.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internship in the administration or technical support of ERP systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ERP software such as Deltek Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €70,000 based on qualifications and experience, with a potential range of €60,000 to €80,000 per year.
