Position Overview
As a Legal Administrative Coordinator, you will provide essential support in various administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Correspondence and Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in drafting standard correspondence and revising documents to meet established guidelines and requirements.
  • Document Management: Utilize electronic document management systems effectively, ensuring organized and accessible records.
  • Filing and Archiving: Implement knowledge of electronic records management systems to maintain the integrity and accessibility of archived documents.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Exhibit strong skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to navigate databases efficiently.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements using electronic travel systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess completed secondary education and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally within an international context. A strong command of English, both spoken and written, is essential. Proficiency in additional official languages of the IAEA (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish) is considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The IAEA offers a competitive remuneration package, which includes a tax-exempt annual net base salary, subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance. Employees are entitled to six weeks of annual leave, a pension plan, and health insurance coverage.
