Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned HVACR and BMS Operations Manager to lead our team in Vienna, driving sales growth while securing the company's future. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically oversee the execution of HVACR and BMS installation projects, ensuring adherence to contracts and highest ethical standards.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and innovative problem-solving.
  • Participate in pre-bid processes, assessing risks and providing accurate information to support sales efforts.
  • Drive project reviews and initiate corrective actions to optimize performance and enhance profitability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the team.
  • Coach and develop team members on operational risk management and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards for all team members and subcontractors.
Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in HVAC/R,BMS operations or a senior project management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of people management experience, focusing on team development and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to interact with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Commitment to safety and ethical practices in all aspects of work.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Active driver willing to travel to customers (approx. 50% of working time).
  • Financial acumen.
