Exceptional Leader Wanted for Director of Restaurants and Bars Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to take charge of our restaurants and bars at Wilde Aparthotels Vienna. As Director of Restaurants and Bars, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a dynamic team, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

About the Role:

  • Lead a Team of Professionals: You will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our guests across all dining venues.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Implement initiatives to drive revenue, such as promotions, special events, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and monitor financial performance.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all R&B operations comply with health, safety, and brand standards.

About You:

  • F&B / R&B Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in Restaurants and Bars management within a lifestyle or luxury hotel.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Vienna hospitality scene, ideally bilingual in German and English.
  • People Skills: Empathetic, communicative, and skilled at inspiring a team.
  • Financial Acumen: Experienced in budget management, forecasting, and cost control.

Estimated Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per annum
