Your Role:

As our Restaurant Director, you will lead the charge in bringing our dining venues to life. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for our guests across all restaurants and bars. This includes implementing strategies to drive revenue, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of service excellence.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Restaurants and Bars management within a lifestyle or luxury hotel.
  • Familiarity with the Vienna hospitality scene, ideally bilingual in German and English.
  • Empathetic and communicative leadership skills, inspiring a high-performing team.
  • Financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Adaptability and strategic mindset, seeking growth opportunities and responding to feedback.

Location:
