About the Role

We are seeking a talented Restaurant Director to lead our food and beverage operations in Vienna. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards across all food and beverage outlets
  • Cultivate relationships with local suppliers and businesses to enhance our offering and promote community engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Restaurants and Bars management within a luxury or lifestyle hotel setting
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
  • Familiarity with the Vienna hospitality scene and local market knowledge
  • Bilingualism in German and English (spoken and written)

What We Offer
