Sales Director

As Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Develop and execute a sales plan targeting revenue, customers, and market segments in collaboration with the Director of Commercial Strategy.
- Provide leadership to optimize revenue potential and drive sales strategy implementation.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Maintain and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in customer events, trade shows, and sales missions to maintain and expand relationships with MOHG Global Channels Sales.
- Implement and support the brand's customer service standards and property brand standards.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate who meets the following requirements:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English, with strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field or proven experience in sales in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team.

The Mandarin Oriental, Vienna will be housed in a listed building and will feature 138 guest rooms and suites grouped around an inner courtyard. The property will include a restaurant, a bar, and an outdoor area with a garden. A Mandarin Oriental spa will offer several treatment rooms, a swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness center, as well as various flexible banquet and meeting rooms for events and social functions.
