">About the Role
">We're seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead our sales team in promoting our luxury aparthotels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
As a key member of our commercial team, you'll work closely with our operations and marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns that meet our business objectives.
You'll have prior experience in hotel or aparthotel sales, reservations, and/or property account management. You'll also possess a working knowledge of English and German, as well as local market knowledge.
In this role, you'll be fiercely proactive with a can-do attitude, driving sales activity to generate new business and grow existing business.

- Meet and speak with new and existing clients to secure and manage new corporate accounts">
- Promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity, including promotional road shows and presentations">
- Assist with the administration of day-to-day property mgmt. systems">
Requirements

- Prior experience in hotel or aparthotel sales, reservations, and/or property account management">
- Working knowledge of English and German">
- Local market knowledge">
- New business generation skills">
- Corporate Business Travel, Group and Extended stay segments">
- Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator knowledge">
- Ability to navigate challenges with kindness and clarity, backed by data-driven decision-making skills">

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
