Job Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS
  • LEADING A TEAM OF SALES PROFESSIONALS TO ACHIEVE SALES GOALS
  • ANALYZING MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
  • COLLABORATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COORDINATION
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE LUXURY HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO LEAD AND MOTIVATE A TEAM
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
  • VALID WORK PERMIT FOR AUSTRIA
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • €120,000 - €150,000 per annum (depending on experience)
