About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Vienna.

Job Description
  • Lead quality assurance with strong commitment, adhering to MOHG standards to ensure smooth operations on the floors and immaculate guest rooms.
  • Conduct spot checks in guest rooms and suites to maintain cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Provide training and development programs for the housekeeping department to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including laundry and pressing services, and uniform inventory.
  • Handle all guest requests and complaints to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Foster communication with colleagues, other departments, external partners, and suppliers to drive success.
  • Actively review workflows and drive changes as well as innovations to improve processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry and experience leading a housekeeping team.
  • Strong computer skills, ideally with experience in PMS systems.
  • Independent work ethic and a high level of dedication.
