We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Staycity Group in Vienna. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving local and national sales activities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our brand through various marketing channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to create effective promotional campaigns
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our property management systems, maintaining accurate records of prices, sales, and activity reports.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role within luxury or lifestyle hospitality (or real estate/leisure)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and effectiveness
- A tenacious proactive attitude, with a strong relationship management background
Prior experience with high-profile or VIP clients is preferred, as well as knowledge of Sales Force, Opera, IDEAS, Agency360, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic company.
