Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth across all areas, collaborating with the General Manager.
  • Monitor results and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Lead and manage the Sales Team, from hiring to team development, creating a high-performance environment.
  • Work closely with the Ennismore team and global Accor team to foster strong connections.
  • Utilize local market knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Share key information and insights across departments to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage a client portfolio, lead price negotiations, and ensure maximum market share.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Austrian market.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to bring structured work methods to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong team leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
  • Combination of analytical and methodical thinking with attention to detail and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent relationship builder, comfortable working with other teams and leaders.
  • Ready to take a different approach and try new things.
