Group Sales Executive / Manager – pro-active

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Sales Executive / Manager to join our team.

As a Group Sales Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for operating innovatively on the international market, generating new leads and acquisitions, and building strong relationships with customers.

You will work closely with the Director of Sales to create and implement a sales strategy plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment.

Key qualifications include:

  1. Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality, especially within the Group & Event Sales
  2. Fluent in English and German (every other language advantageous)
  3. A valid work permit for Austria is required
  4. Outgoing and open-minded personality with resilience in peak times
  5. High organizational and rhetoric skills
  6. Sincere care for our clients and their requests
  7. A friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  8. OPERA skills are advantageous

The statutory gross minimum wage is based on wage group 3 in the collective agreement. An overpayment is guaranteed and depends on the qualification profile and professional experience. Sales incentives are provided.
