Job Summary

This role as Senior Aviation Project Manager involves ensuring the successful execution and implementation of complex airport solution developments within specified time and budget constraints. The project portfolio encompasses cutting-edge technologies-based airport solutions. We operate according to modern IT business processes mapped in an integrated tool landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in development activities (programming, testing, documentation)
  • Regular project reporting
  • Creation of work packages from in-house development projects and coordination with domain center managers and external development service providers
  • Resource coordination and control
  • Implementation of project management processes and internal orders
  • Management of development projects and corresponding developments for customer projects
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in computer science or a related field (FH or TU)
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in complex software projects, preferably with significant impact on development processes
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new domains
  • Prior knowledge in aviation is an advantage
  • Experience leading project teams
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Integrity, responsibility, and empathy
  • Will to travel 20-30%
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
