**Job Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining IT service levels and supporting clients' PCs and IT infrastructure environment on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring that IT standards are followed and executed.
  • Assisting in new IT roll-out and integration of business applications.
  • Handling desk side support.
  • Providing technical expertise to end-users with office software & hardware related issues and problems.
  • Acting as a communication interface between regions and the IT organization concerning IT related issues.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting desktops, laptops, and servers within a Microsoft operating system environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP CRM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
