Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Pharmig at. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials by managing and monitoring study sites, collecting and managing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor study sites to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and country regulations, company policies and procedures, quality standards, and adverse event reporting requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for study sites and site managers throughout all phases of clinical research studies.
- Collect and manage regulatory documents and data in various clinical trial systems.
- Ensure study conduct is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and expand the territory for clinical research, finding and developing new sites.
- Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring processes and systems.
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to support site staff on-site, including required travels.
- High affinity for examining medical data and source documents.
- Detail-oriented and efficient in time management and ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible and able to support sites on a path of constant change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within Austria.
We offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits, and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment. The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 46,800, and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
