User Experience Innovator

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to play a key role in reshaping and expanding our internal system used across various departments. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of the product development process, with a primary focus on defining the user experience for our new internal system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse, international team to shape innovative product solutions that redefine tax-free shopping experiences.
  • Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and product concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability studies to gain insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Create UI designs that align with our brand identity while ensuring user satisfaction and accessibility.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and a user-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience (3+ years) in designing, shipping, and iterating on responsive web products.
  • Demonstrated track record for UX & design of multi-language, global products.
  • Experience in all stages of the design process – from concepting, creating wire frames & prototypes to final visual/graphical designs & specifications.
  • Ability to collect, clarify, and translate customer needs into conceptual designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma and/or Adobe XD.
  • Experience in working with design systems.
  • Basic knowledge in Frontend development (HTML, CSS).
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Fluent in English.
