Senior Product Management Leader for Intelligent Building Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Management Leader to lead our team in shaping the future of intelligent building solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our company's goals and vision.
- Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing our product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Customer Engagement and Support: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
