Your Role
As a Service Product Manager at Zumtobel, you will be responsible for managing the global service portfolio, including the development of a service catalogue within the SAP system. You will ensure that the service portfolio aligns with the company's brands, applications, and sustainability plan.
- Service Portfolio Management: Develop and manage the service portfolio, including the creation of a service catalogue within the SAP system.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service portfolio, including profitability and market trends.
- Trend Analysis and Innovation: Analyze global markets, technologies, and customer trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Training and Presentations: Provide training and presentations to customers and stakeholders on service products.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record of success in product management.
