Head of Product Management for Smart Building Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Management Team Lead to join our team at Zumtobel. As the Head of Product Management for Smart Building Solutions, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our SBS portfolio, driving innovation and growth, and leading a high-performing team of Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the SBS portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Product Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and growth.
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Conduct market analysis and trend identification to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Business Development and Synergies: Develop and establish the SBS business within the company, identifying opportunities for synergies and partnerships to drive growth and innovation.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and partners.
- Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or industrial environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IoT, connectivity, and building automation systems.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
