Ad Ops/ Ad Tech Campaign Manager

 

Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ad Ops/ Ad Tech Campaign Manager to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our Digital Competence Centre within the Media Sales & Partnerships team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online advertising campaigns are optimally placed on our websites while driving the further development of our ad tech stack.

Job Description and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is EUR 22,229 gross per month, based on market-oriented salaries. Our attractive compensation package offers significantly above the minimum salary stipulated by the collective agreement.

In this exciting and technically demanding role, you will:

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our ad tech stack, implementing innovative solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Manage the implementation of clients' advertising campaigns on Red Bull Media House websites (including servus.com, servustv.com, bergwelten.com, and many others).
  • Work closely with agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive success and promote innovation.

This role requires strong technical skills and knowledge in programming languages, data analysis, project management, and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing ad placements.
  • English or German language and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and optimization of ad tech stacks.
  • Experience in campaign management: implementation and management of advertising campaigns on publishing websites.
  • Experience in supporting team leads and effective collaboration with agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders.
