Job Title: IT-Application/Beneficiary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT-Application/Beneficiary Manager to join our team at the Universität Wien. As an IT-Application/Beneficiary Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems and applications for the university community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of IT systems and applications
  • Support and troubleshooting of IT issues
  • Collaboration with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of IT systems
  • Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Training and support for university staff on IT systems and applications
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office
