Position: Global Tax Compliance and Reporting Expert (m/f/d)

Role Overview:
You will oversee corporate income tax responsibilities, ensuring the accuracy of tax calculations from our global facilities. Your role will encompass various tax accounting and compliance issues, alongside international tax initiatives.
- You will support the Tax team in maintaining precise corporate income tax compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Your primary focus will be on reviewing tax computations from various plants, conducting global corporate income tax analyses, and reconciling the global effective tax rate.
- This role includes preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions in line with international accounting standards (IFRS) and group reporting requirements.
- You will engage in international tax matters, assisting in the analysis of diverse tax compliance issues and strategies across multiple countries.
- Your contributions will be vital in advancing the department's automation initiatives.
- Support for tax audits will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Building strong relationships with the global tax team, plant controllers, and other finance departments will be essential for effective communication and timely information exchange.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate income tax and tax accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of tax accounting principles, including current and deferred taxes, and IFRS standards.
- Experience with Hyperion and/or SAP is advantageous.
- A collaborative team player with strong coordination skills to manage multiple projects and requests independently.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international travel.
