About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Accounting Manager to join our team at TourRadar. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing financial reporting, audit, tax, and treasury within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, which are presented to the leadership team, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Audit and Compliance: Lead the preparation of year-end consolidated financial statements using IFRS and AT GAAP, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Tax and Treasury: Monitor the financial position of the group against existing funding agreements and regulations, and ensure timely and accurate tax filings for all companies within the TourRadar group.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 8 people, including financial accounting and AP/AR teams, and ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Cash Management: Manage the cash reserves of the group, including working capital and trust cash, and optimize transaction costs, available cash, and FX exposure.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: University degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, IT, or a related discipline, and at least 5 years of related job experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, experience with financial reporting, audit, tax, and treasury, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce startups or marketplaces, and experience with Netsuite and Looker is preferred.
