At the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in the Nuclear Knowledge Management Section. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding, coordinating, and supervising our projects in the area of knowledge management and human resource development in the nuclear industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, guide, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of activities in the field of knowledge management and human resource development in accordance with Member States' needs.
  • Coordinate the provision of specialized technical input to technical cooperation projects and provide technical guidance.
  • Broaden and deepen the field of knowledge by organizing scientific meetings and serving as scientific secretary.
  • Maintain the high standing and recognition of the IAEA in the scientific community by representing the IAEA at national and international meetings.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in engineering, management, or a related field in human resource development.
  • Minimum 10 years of recent relevant experience in nuclear power, including international experience.
  • Excellent oral and written command of English; knowledge of other official IAEA languages is an asset.
