Join Our Team as a Financial Leader

JENTIS GmbH is a pioneering SaaS company that empowers businesses to regain control over their data. We're seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our finance team and drive our growth strategy.

About the Role

As our Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, including accounting, taxes, cash flow management, and financial planning. You'll develop and implement sustainable financial strategies that support our company's expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the finance department, including accounting, taxes, and cash flow management
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies to support company growth
  • Guide operational monitoring and establish optimized financial processes
  • Drive multidisciplinary projects to achieve operational improvements
  • Implement cross-functional processes and ensure transparent reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and management team to make strategic decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration (accounting focus)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading finance functions (VP+)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working for a B2B SaaS Scaleup
  • Proven track record of leading successful investment rounds, specifically Series-B
  • Financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow management expertise
  • Fluent in German and English (German fluency mandatory)
  • Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Remote-first attitude and independent work ethic
  • Willing to regularly travel to the headquarters in Vienna
What We Offer
  • Fair compensation with participation in our PSOP
  • Remote-first work environment: work from anywhere within CET +/- 3 hours
  • Flexible working time: core hours are from 10am - 3pm CET
  • True work/life balance: Employment contracts are based on a 38.5 or 40-hour work week (any extra hours are offset with additional paid vacation time)

Our salary range starts at an annual OTE compensation of EUR up to EUR for the ideal candidate. Your actual offer within this range will depend on your experience and skills. Additionally, our new CFO will participate in our PSOP and receive virtual shares.
