Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Consolidation Manager, der unsere internationale Finanzberichterstattung und Konsolidierung leiten wird.

Hauptraum

Der Hauptfokus dieses Jobs liegt auf der Durchführung und Überwachung der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Konzernabschlüsse nach IFRS. Der Senior Consolidation Manager wird auch sicherstellen, dass alle Finanzberichte und -pläne den IFRS-Standards entsprechen und internen Richtlinien entsprechen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Konsolidierung: Durchführung und Überwachung der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Konzernabschlüsse nach IFRS
  • Finanzberichterstattung: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IFRS-Standards und internen Richtlinien
  • Prozessoptimierung: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Finanzberichterstattung
  • Integration: Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Unternehmen und Geschäftsbereiche in die Konzernstruktur
  • Koordination: Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Finanzteams und Unterstützung bei Audits
  • Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzernkonsolidierung und internationalen Finanzberichterstattung
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägtes analytisches und problemlösendes Denkvermögen
  • Sprachen: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Führung: Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, internationale Teams zu leiten und zu motivieren
  • Flexibilität: Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen und sich wandelnden Umfeld
Was wir bieten
  • Gehalt: Für diese Position wird ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mindestens € 80.000,- geboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
