Job Summary:
We are seeking a Vice President of Operations and Innovation to lead our production and R&D teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and operating production ramp-up, including facility management, logistics, and maintenance. They will also be responsible for planning and prioritizing R&D tasks, quality management, and compliance with Key Performance Indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in production and R&D.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
