Position Overview

The Financial Controlling Teams at TE Connectivity are responsible for coordinating, managing, and overseeing financial operations. This includes the review, analysis, and interpretation of financial and budgetary reports, as well as directing all facets of accounting operations and preparing annual financial forecasts. Additionally, the teams oversee the development of financial accounting systems necessary for maintaining reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational finance for the designated site.
  • Analyze operational results, comparing forecasted and actual performance over time.
  • Provide management with reports detailing standards and actual manufacturing costs.
  • Prepare annual budgets and long-term strategic financial plans.
  • Review and approve various financial processes, including capital expenditure requests and inventory management.
  • Assess and prioritize capital investments while managing cash flow effectively.
  • Identify cost drivers and collaborate with the plant team on improvement initiatives.
  • Summarize relevant information concisely to aid in decision-making.
  • Continuously enhance the analysis of material, conversion, and inventory data.
  • Lead the financial aspects of projects, including migration and investment activities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management within a plant or operational setting.
  • A leader with a strong track record of success.
  • A forward-thinking, dynamic financial controller who brings diverse experiences and acts as a business partner to plant leadership.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

In compliance with legal requirements, the minimum salary for this position is stated according to the collective agreement. The gross monthly salary is €4,623.87 (14 times a year) in the KV group H. We offer significant overpayment based on personal qualifications, training, and professional experience, starting from €5,715 gross per month.
