Key Responsibilities

Goldright Master Data Management, a flagship product of NETCONOMY GmbH, stands as a premier provider of Master Data Management solutions. Following an initial training period to familiarize yourself with our tools, you will independently manage IT projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design of extensive IT projects within the MDM sector, while supporting prominent clients in the DACH region.
  • Developing comprehensive strategies in collaboration with our clients and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Configuring our solutions based on the established strategies and implementing necessary business logic.
  • Guiding our clients from concept to completed solution.
  • Consulting our clients on both operational and strategic aspects related to MDM.
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops tailored to specific projects and serving as the primary contact for all conceptual inquiries.

Candidate Profile
  • Completed technical education (University or equivalent) with a focus on IT.
  • Professional experience, preferably in Data Management/Data Analysis with MDM, BI, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in database modeling, SQL, and object-oriented programming.
  • A creative, assertive communicator and presenter.
  • Exhibiting an independent work ethic combined with a collaborative, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 1-2 days per month) and a passion for engaging in an intercultural environment.

The actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience. It is also important for us to maintain an internally equitable salary structure. For legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment as outlined in the current collective IT agreement.
