About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our Energy Portfolio Management team. As a key member of our Customer Success Organization, you will be responsible for implementing software solutions in the European energy markets for commodity trading.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver software implementation and enhancement projects, working closely with key business stakeholders to determine business requirements and workflow processes.
  • Assume hands-on project implementation duties, including gathering requirements, conducting workshops, developing implementation specifications, and product configuration.
  • Consult with technical resources to ensure coverage of business requirements and workflow.
  • Plan and deliver project and end-user training, ensuring seamless adoption of new solutions.
  • Support Project Manager in resolving project issues and minimizing project risks, while establishing strong customer relationships.
  • Provide handover training and knowledge to the Customer Experience team, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.

Your Background

  • 3+ years of software implementation experience or proven business experience in the energy market.
  • Experience working within the power or natural gas industry, with a strong understanding of business processes and project life cycles.
  • Prior experience with structured projects and implementation methodologies, with a focus on delivering SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent training development and delivery skills, with the ability to achieve results through shared initiatives.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.

For this position, a minimum basic salary according to CBA (employees in the electrical industry) from 3958.55 € gross per month applies. Depending on your qualifications and experience, there is readiness for CBA overpayment.
