Senior Sales Executive
Division: GYN Surgical Solutions
Location: Central Eastern Europe & Israel
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our GYN Surgical Solutions team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans to ensure profitable business results.
- Deliver GYN Surgical Solutions Business Unit sales performance for the region.
- Drive, influence, and execute regional tender and quotation success with B2B partners in each country.
- Provide advanced education and training to KOLS, Channel Partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct business reviews of Distribution Partner performance and measure performance against KPI targets.
- Provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service, and support.
- Represent Hologic at Conferences, Exhibitions, and other educational and scientific events.
Requirements:
- Strong level of successful commercial experience in selling OB-GYN devices.
- Nursing or Surgical experience with an emphasis on OB-GYN or Application Support experience would be beneficial.
- Experience of working with and managing Commercial Partners/Distributors would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any Eastern-European languages would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrates effective educational skills.
