Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction for SiC and Si power device technologies, collaborating with your team to achieve strategic goals.
- Team Management: Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Interface Management: Manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of development methods, promoting best practices within the team and across the organization.
- Education: Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a PhD.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong background in chip technology development.
