The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts developing SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT, and diode chip technologies across various Infineon sites.
As Executive Director of Technology Development for Sustainable Mobility Solutions, you will set technical direction together with your team within the field of SiC and Si power device technologies for electro-mobility.
You will hire and onboard new team members in a fast-growing team and shape the future growth of your team in accordance with the strategic needs of the electro-mobility market.
You will manage interfaces towards various stakeholders within ATV and across.
You will foster continuous improvement of development methods within your team and within the greater development community.
- You communicate openly and clearly and are a visible role model for what you expect from others.
- You ensure high quality through foresighted planning.
- You understand the causes of potential problems and develop lasting solutions.
- A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields, preferable a PhD.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry.
- A solid technical understanding of power electronic device physics, wafer technology development, and semiconductor processing.
- A proactive mindset with strong communication and moderation skills to align between various stakeholders.
- The ability to understand and structure complex situations: manage crisis situations, consolidate and present those to senior management level.
- Convincing communication skills and a connecting personality to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English skills, German as a plus.
