About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional leader with a deep understanding of power electronics and semiconductor technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of technical experts in developing SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT, and diode chip technologies across various Infineon sites. You will set the technical direction for SiC and Si power device technologies, ensuring they meet the demands of the rapidly evolving electro-mobility market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technical experts in developing advanced power electronic devicesSet technical direction for SiC and Si power device technologiesHire and onboard new team members to drive growth and innovationShape the future growth of your team in alignment with global and cross-divisional development teamsManage interfaces with various stakeholders within ATV and across the organizationFoster continuous improvement of development methods within your team and across the companyRequirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a PhD. At least 8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in chip technology development, is required. You should have a solid understanding of power electronic device physics, wafer technology development, and semiconductor processing. Strong communication and moderation skills are essential for aligning between various stakeholders.
What We Offer:
Infineon offers a competitive salary, paid 14 times per year, ranging from €120,000 to €180,000, depending on your expertise and skills.
