About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Associate to join our team at Podero. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and success of our device steering, monitoring, and management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product and the technical landscape around it, including device compatibility and API functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that product and customer needs are being addressed by the development team.
  • Assist in creating mockups and wireframes in Figma to visualize new features and product improvements.
  • Support customers in rolling out our product by helping them navigate API authentication, our API endpoints, and providing ongoing assistance.
  • Generate reports for customers, such as connected device stats and user analytics.
Requirements
  • Technical background in engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technical concepts and apply them effectively.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and translating feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial for generating customer reports and analyzing and visualizing data.
