Job Description

As a pivotal figure in managing intricate, large-scale initiatives (Silicon, Software, associated HW, ...), you will ensure that:

Project outcomes align with Product Requirement Specifications Deliverables are achieved within the designated timeframe Financial expenditures remain within budgetary constraints

Key responsibilities of this role encompass adherence to established timelines (time-to-market), accountability for project budgets, oversight and reporting of project advancements, evaluation of plans against objectives (both technical and commercial), and comprehensive project leadership in guiding and managing cross-functional teams across various locations (project teams will be sourced from the resource pool and will revert to the pool upon project completion).

Assist in the formulation of business plans, including the establishment of project budgets Assume full responsibility for assigned projects Budget management Compliance with requirements specifications Adherence to timelines Establish clear project KPIs, monitor progress, and initiate necessary actions Develop, drive, and sustain the overall project plan, ensuring efficient and regular reporting to both internal and external stakeholders Define all project milestones and conduct regular tracking. Identify issues and propose resolution options. Ensure that risk assessments are completed and maintained, including options and trigger dates Organize and conduct regular status meetings. Generate regular reports, including updates for management and clients. Lead and manage cross-functional teams across various locations to successfully deliver the program. This includes, but is not limited to: Marketing Design Engineering (Silicon and Software) IP procurement / insourcing Operations (Quality, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Planning, ...) Maintain project budgets and highlight deviations from the plan. Conduct regular reviews on product profitability (gross margin) and propose corrective measures Facilitate clear decision-making processes, including effective stakeholder management and documentation Qualifications
Over 3 years of experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams Over 3 years of experience successfully overseeing complex (IC) design projects. Proven experience collaborating with satellite teams in diverse locations/countries Demonstrated ability to work with third-party and/or external contract resource companies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer and stakeholder management capabilities Proficient in effective communication at all organizational levels Possess gravitas, a strong opinion, and effective influencing skills Strong presentation skills to convey concise program status Significant experience in the semiconductor/engineering sector Familiarity with the IC design process, including physical design Awareness of the software design process, particularly embedded software design Experience working with IC fabrication, assembly, and testing organizations Technical expertise with the ability to manage technical challenges within a return on investment or risk management framework Strong commercial awareness Language proficiency – English is essential, with Dutch and/or German being advantageous Company Description
